Join the experts at CNM (Center for Nonprofit Management) to learn how to identify what data is needed and useful (versus just interesting!), how to create a theory of change to communicate results, and plan for successful program evaluation.

Topics that will be covered include:

• Creating a theory of change;
• Making an evaluation plan;
• Creating/updating and using a logic model; and
• Setting meaningful program goals and indicators that communicate results.

This training event is a special collaborative activity of Literacy Texas, Adult Learning Alliance of Arkansas, and Oklahoma Literacy Coalition, and is offered free of charge to nonprofit professionals in Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma who work in the fields of adult and family literacy.
