The Oklahoma Literacy Coalition (OLC) is a statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting adult literacy efforts across Oklahoma. We connect, strengthen, and advocate for the literacy programs and organizations working every day to help adult learners build the reading, writing, and language skills they need to thrive. From Bartlesville to Altus, we support local literacy councils, public libraries, correctional education programs, and community learning centers — because literacy changes lives in every corner of our state. Whether you're a learner, a tutor, a program director, or a community partner — we're glad you're here.
