Dear Sponsors and Exhibitors,
I want to extend a warm welcome to you as we prepare for the Adult Education & Literacy Conference!
The Adult Education & Literacy Conference is the premier educational and networking event in Oklahoma for individuals involved in working with adult literacy. This year is extra-special because the conference is a joint event between Oklahoma CareerTech and Oklahoma Literacy Coalition.
Our Pre-Conference will kick off on Sunday, October 23 with an awards program to celebrate adult learners. Monday and Tuesday are filled with Conference sessions.

Sponsor Opportunities
Grand Sponsor-$5,000
The Grand Sponsor will receive a full-page (8.5" x 11") color ad in the conference program. Your logo/name will be listed in the program as the Lunch Sponsor for the day and will be seen on signage during the Monday or Tuesday lunch. Grand Sponsors will receive one Exhibitor table with electricity, if desired. This level is limited to two sponsors.
Learner Awards Sponsor-$2,500
Learner Awards Sponsors will receive a full-page (8.5"x 5.5") color ad in the Awards program. This sponsor will help to cover scholarships for three adult Learners to attend the conference and stay at the hotel as well as expenses for the Pre-Conference Learner Awards on the Sunday before the Conference. These sponsors will receive one Exhibitor station with electricity, if desired. This level is limited to two sponsors.
Refreshments Sponsor-$1,000
You will receive a half-page (8.5"x 5.5") color ad in the conference program and recognition at the drink stations. Coffee, tea and water will be served throughout the conference. Refreshments will be served in the morning and afternoon. Let your logo be seen each time an attendee gets a drink or a snack. These sponsors will receive one Exhibitor station, if desired.
Supporting Sponsor-$500
Your name will be listed in the program as a Supporting Sponsor. You will provide a scholarship for two individuals (registration and hotel for two nights). Supporting Sponsors will receive one Exhibitor station, if desired.
Additionally, all sponsors will have:
⊕ your logo on event-related social media and the OLC website, and
⊕ your name in the press release.
Commitments, logos, and ads must be received by September 23, 2022 to be included in the Conference Program. Preferred format for graphics is EPS, but will accept PDFs if the resolution is a minimum of 300 dpi.
Exhibitor Opportunities
Exhibitor Stations are $300
(if not included in a sponsorship)
Exhibitor Stations include:
⊕ One six-foot table,
⊕ Conference Registration,
⊕ Inclusion in lunches and AM and PM refreshments,
⊕ Two chairs and
⊕ Wi-fi.
All Exhibitor Stations come with:
⊕ A second table can be added for $100.
⊕ Additional exhibitor registrants are $30
Electricity is available on a limited basis.
