Growth vs Fixed Mindset: A Happy Medium
Which mindset do you have? How does your mindset impact your instruction? How can you change your mindset? Why do I want a growth mindset? Find out these answers and ways to teach students to have a growth mindset. There are a lot of honest and reflective questions that go into perceiving and building a strong growth mindset. In this presentation we will focus on the process that leads to learning and trying new ways to believe that our intelligence can be developed. There will be an activity that promotes independent thinking, critical thinking, and differentiation. Come join this hands-on experience!
