This scholarship is for the volunteers that make the conference possible.
This scholarship covers registration for one or both days of the conference.
To be eligible, you must either be:
- a member of the Adult Education & Family Literacy office,
- a board member of OLC, or
- a pre-approved volunteer
AND attend one of the two Volunteer Trainings.
Optionally, it also pays for the hotel if the recipient works or volunteers for a nonprofit and does not receive CareerTech Professional Development funds.
Hotel stay is based on driving distance:
Driving over 40 miles qualifies you for Monday night.
Driving over 80 miles qualifies you for Sunday and Monday nights.
